비판 : 현상이나 사물의 옳고 그름을 판단하여 밝히거나 잘못된 점을 지적함을 말하는데
우리가 사회생활을 하면서, 직장생활을 하면서, 비판????? 안할 수 있나요? 해야지요? 그게 없다면 그사회는 썩은 조직이 될것이고, 소금없는 생선이고, 안꼬없는 찐빵일듯하지요? 비판은 하되, 아주 정당하게, 당당하게, 공정하게, 객관적인 데이터와 누구나 이해할 수 있는 (100% 다 이해해야된다는 것은 아님을 전제로 함. 세상에 100%는 잘없음) 그런 비판을 하면 가슴이 뻥~~~~ 뚫리는 것같고, 머리가 맑아지며, 입가에 미소가 살짜기 번질정도 이러한 비판이라면 그 조직이 움직여 지는데 아주 큰 도움이 될 것이라 봅니다. 자기가 하기싫다고 비판하고, 그 비판을 넘어서 비난을 하고, 미워하고, 증오하고, 일진처럼 조직적으로 왕따나 시키고, 그러면 안되는 것이지요 비판을 하고 싶다면 무엇이 잘못되었고, 그 잘못된 것을 어떻게 하면 더 조은 방향으로 유도할 수 있는지? 대안도 가끔은 제시해야지만 비난이라는 굴레에서 벗어나지 않을까요? 아마도 플로깅으로 인하여 이글이 시작된 것 같은데 플로깅 한번 마음 비우고 해봐요. 재미있어요. 나도 동료들과 함께 해보니까 너무 좋아요 내가 평소 한번 제대로 좋은일 못해본것도 같고, 쓰레기 함부로 버린 것 같고 해서 마음속으로 솔직이 미안했어요 제자신한테도 부끄러웠고요 근데 위에서 시킨것이라고 무조건 비판과 비난을 하는 것은 아니라고 봐요 특히나, 우리는 일반이과는 다르게 국민들, 군민들을 리드하고, 지도하고, 이끌어야 하는 공무원이라느점에서 특히나 특수 관계이 있다보니 어쩔수 없다고 하더라도, 불평과 불만을 가지지 말고 그냥 즐겨요 "피할 수 없으면 즐겨라"는 말처럼 플로깅을 제대로 피할 수 있다면 확~~~ 피하시고 안될 것 같다 하면, 그냥 즐기면서 해요. 옆짝꿍하고 같이 해봐요 잼나요 오늘 즐거운 금요일이네요 흔히, 불금이라는 데, 즐거운 마음으로 너그러운 마음으로 좋은 오후시간 보내시고, 플로깅 지목당했으면 주말에 한번해봐요 (비온다니까 비는 맞지마시고 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ)
